Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

• Attend and Engage in Estimating Hand Off Meetings for Projects

• Create and Manage Initial Design and Procurement Schedule

• Works with scheduler and Project Managers in maintaining project design and material delivery schedules

• Manages Tracking of Schedules for Design and Procurement

• Creates and Manages Chage Orders on Change Requests for Drawing Updates

• Manages material Delivery Schedule and Coordinates with Field Operation.

Preferred Skills and Training

• Prior Project Manager Experience in Construction

• Read and Understand Structural and Architectural Drawings

• Work with Project Managers, Project Schedulers, Detailing Mangers, Procurement team, Superintendents and Vendors.

• Bluebeam Review experience

• Understand Project Management Software such as Procore, ACC, Trimble, Project Site, Excel etc.

• Ownership and follow through of Roles withing this Career

• Management of Schedules

• Management of Change Orders
