Job Summary:

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple projects from start to finish. You will work closely with clients, subcontractors, and other team members to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

In this role, you will be involved in all aspects of project management, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and stakeholder management. You will coordinate with various internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and successful delivery. The ideal candidate must have excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and a proven track record in managing construction projects.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute construction projects according to specifications and requirements
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, monitoring progress and making adjustments as necessary
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure work is being done in compliance with safety protocols and quality standards
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to provide updates on project progress, address concerns, and manage expectations
  • Review and approve project plans, designs, and specifications
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and other legal requirements

Preferred Skills and Education

  • Bachelor of Science in Construction Management or equivalent Construction Management Experience
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry preferred
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

  • Ability to travel to project sites as needed Possession of a valid driver's license

Education Requirements: Bachelor of Science in Construction Management or equivalent Construction Management Experience.

Position Location: This position will be stationed at BZI Home Office in Cedar City, Utah. Some travel will be required.

Salary Range:  Depends on experience.
